This is a vessel with straw ash glaze and rust glaze applied separately.
It can be applied with a ladle, which allows the lines to appear natural.
 Sabi glaze is a glaze brought in by Shigaraki potters that creates a rusty pattern when applied with a brush.

Straw-ash glazed flower confectionery dish

This candy dish is shaped on a potter's wheel and then immediately pressed around the edge with fingers to create the shape of a flower.

Leaf-shaped confectionery container

This is a candy container that expresses the decay of fallen leaves.

These are vessels that have been made for generations.
